Description:

This library contains many books and paintings that are over 100 years old. The client's main concern was to ensure the roof remained 100% waterproof with no moisture ingress. This was a previous Hyflex 10 system roof and on this occasion, the Hyflex Revival syetem was applied to give the roof a further 10 years guarantee. The work was completed on time and within the client's financial budget.

Description:

Field Court Junior School accommodates 300 pupils. Hyflex inspected the original asphalt roofs and the Hyflex 10 system was chosen to waterproof and upgrade all the flat roof areas. The work was carried out during both term time and summer break time and completed with no disruption to school working hours in line with the request from the client.

Description:

A full Hyflex 10 system with Solar Reflective Finish and a 10 year guarantee was applied to both the flat and pitched roofs areas. Carried out during a 4 week programme, the project was completed on time and within the financial budget of the client. Work was completed whilst the building was in constant use with no disruption to working hours or processes within the building.
